Shipping Charges
Actual UPS shipping charge will base on the
size of the packages, weigh, quantity, shipping method and its destination.
Expedited shipping is only available on those products that can be air shipped
in accordance with UPS and Fed-Ex shipping requirements. Products exceeding the
weight, and that fall under hazardous materials (hazmat) guidelines may have an
extra charge applied.
Shipping Options
We offer a variety of shipping options. Your
shipping choices will depend on the item or items in your order. Here are some
details to help you to better understand your shipping options:
FIRST CLASS / GROUND - 6 to 8 b/days
from Shipping Date PRIORITY - 3 to 5 b/days from Shipping Date
EXPEDITED 1 to 2 b/days from Shipping Date UPS OVERNIGHT -
NEXT b/day from Shipping Date
- Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii requires an additional shipping
charge, please call our customer service for more information details.
- International Freight Quotes are manually calculated based on its weight
and destination; please call our customer service for more information
details.
Any order over 150 lbs will have to be
delivered by a truck on a pallet.
Expedited
Orders received before 1:00PM (EST) will ship
the same business day subject to the item availability. Any items with
alterations will delay the shipment. Expedited orders are usually delivered to
you the next day or second day from the day they are shipped.
Priority / Ground Service
Orders received before 4:00PM (EST) processed
and shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days upon receipt of your
order.
An order may not always ship on the same day it
is placed. Placing your order very late in the day, after the shipping companies
have picked up their last shipment, is one factor that can affect shipping time.
Also, due to the nature of items in the order, some orders may take longer to
put together, pack and ship than others.
Transit Shipping Time
We are not responsible for shipment delays, and
unable to issue refunds for shipping charges because of delayed shipments due to
mother nature, delay in transportation and beyond the control of our freight
carrier. We guarantee to you that your package will leave our facility within
the time specified in our shipping schedule. The carrier, exclude weekends and
holidays, times may vary with package origin and destination.Winter Weather May
Cause Shipping Delays. We do not reimburse the original shipping charge for
products returned for reasons that are not the fault of our first aid store.
Tracking your order
Make Sure to include correct email address on
your order form. Once your order has shipped, a Shipping Confirmation email is
sent to you with the name of the carrier and the tracking number. You can use
this information to track your order via the carrier's tracking site.
Damaged or defective product
If you receive your order and it is damaged or
defective, refuse the delivery (if possible) and call 1 (215) 399-0679
immediately. All damages should be reported within 3 days of delivery.
